Congratulations to the previous winners of the WaterLinks Award! 
WaterLinks presented the first WaterLinks awards at the 2010 WaterLinks Forum in Manila, Philippines, on May 4, 2010, to recognize the outstanding achievements of water operator partnerships (WOPs). Mr. Kenzo Hiroki, Director for Infrastructure of Japan’s Cabinet Office, presented the award on behalf of the awards evaluation panel.
