IWK conducted an initial review of Medan’s wastewater management masterplan. IWK also presented on the use of the USAID WATSAN Promotion Toolkit and the twinning program. Together, the two utilities reviewed and signed the Joint Work Plan and Memorandum of Understanding at a press conference in Medan, Indonesia.  The final day of the workshop discussed future activities to commence the twinning partnership.
