Three IWK specialists trained 18 URENCO staff at Bai Chay plant, including key managers and operators, on determining and operating proper parameters for effective wastewater treatment and on ensuring adequate preventative maintenance on the treatment units. IWK helped complete the standard operating procedures for treatment unit processes, improved the operator's log book and daily checklist, and advised on equipment lubrication schedule.
