This training workshop aims to build the capacity of the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) in facilitating domestic water operator partnerships (WOPs) on non-revenue water. The one-day training provides an overview of the WOP process, as well as specific training by an expert fro MIYA on the fundamentals of NRW management and how to integrate NRW assessments and improvements into the twinning process.
