Serving about 330,000 customers, the PDAM faces challenges in maintaining continuous water supply due to inadequate pressure in the distribution network. From its pressure monitoring and network modeling programs, the PDAM has identified areas where pressure in the distribution system is not effectively managed and controlled. To assist in its effort to ensure continuous supply and minimize water losses, the PDAM seeks best practices from water utilities in the region recognized for managing pressure through water loss reduction techniques, such as improved network modeling, pressure monitoring systems, installation and commissioning of pressure management equipments.
